Tobias Wilson was driving north on Wendy Drive at Lodgewood Street in Newbury Park on Friday, April 1, 2010 at about 11:30 p.m. when he crashed into a light pole and a large tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy revealed that Wilson died from head injuries.
