Born July 19, 1963, in Fremont, Calif., to Claude Wayne and Margaret Irma Foley, he was a resident of Gardnerville for 12 years before moving to Wellington five years ago.

He married Peggy Sue Johnston Nov. 3, 1990, in South Lake Tahoe. A Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Mr. Foley enjoyed camping and gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy; parents Claude and Maggie; step-sons Zachary and Alexandra Cassner of Gardnerville; daughters Megan and Madison of Wellington and Ashley of Bakersfield, Calif.; brother Alan Foley; brothers and sisters-in-law Mike and Colleen Foley of El Dorado Hills, Calif.; Marc and Debbie Foley of Newbury Park, Calif.; sister and brother-in law Kimberley and John Jelle of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
