As a marriage and family therapist intern, I work with individuals, couples and children who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship stress or career and life transitions. With individuals and couples I encourage my clients’ personal growth by teaching effective communication techniques in order to strengthen their personal relationships. Children often find it difficult to express their feelings verbally, so we use a variety of fun and engaging play and art therapy activities to help them.
